Going to Tour School

My Preparation for Q school:

I spent 12 days working on my game in Dallas, Texas just before Christmas. I practiced at Dallas Athletic Club, and I would like to thank them for their amazing hospitality during my stay.

I have been working with my coach Neil on playing the game.  As golfers we can often get bogged down with finding the ‘right’ technique, however it is like any other sport we play.  It is exciting, and not anywhere as near frustrating to simple PLAY the game.

I got home on Christmas Eve, just in time for the holiday festivities.  Over Christmas I got to spend time with my friends, most of whom I havent seen for a few months, so it was great to catch up.

I played Royal County Down (pictured right)  when I was at home, every time I play there I love it more and more. I have traveled all over the world, and it is still my favourite course to play (ok, well I am slightly biased).

I go to in LaManga, Spain on Thurs (tomorrow), with 1st stage starting on 8th January.  I am excited to play golf, and have some fun.  I have played the golf course on numerous occassions, so over the next few days I will be reading my notes from previous events in preparation.
